Who are the Jaycess?
We are a community service, personal and professional development group consisting of people between the ages of 18-40 that have fun and help out our community. WE HELP PEOPLE! The San Jose Jaycees provides personal and professional development through leadership and community service to men and women aged 18 to 40.

The San Jose Jaycees are dedicated to the City of San Jose and surrounding communities. The Jaycees are a non-profit international organization formed in 1920 and consist of talented people, who bring community team involvement, leadership, and a great place for people to meet.

The Jaycees (Junior Chamber) are a positive organization of younger adults who devote themselves in developing leaders in and around their community.

Jaycees offer:
- Individual Development - Programs designed to increase the personal skills of each member.
- Community Development - Programs and projects run by the chapter for the direct benefit of the community.
- Management Development - Management techniques and officer's training to improve each member's management skills.
- Improvement, Leadership and Career - Management projects provide opportunities for leadership and connections.
